Service Agreement

1. General Terms

1.1 This Agreement (hereinafter referred to as Agreement) describes the rules and conditions under which EXC24 multi-currency exchange service is provided and is an official written public offer addressed to individuals (hereinafter referred to as User) who conclude the Agreement for EXC24 service on the following conditions.

1.2 Before using EXC24 services, the User is obliged to read in full the terms of the "Service Agreement".

1.3 The current version of the Agreement is available for public access on the of the service (www.exc24.com).

2. Terms and definitions used in the Agreement

2.1 Service EXC24 - a trademark and a commercial designation of the system of providing Internet services for electronic currency exchange.

2.2 Service website - www.exc24.com

2.3 User - any person who wishes to use the services of EXC24 and has accepted the Agreement in accordance with its terms.

2.4 Payment system is a software product created by a third party, which is a mechanism for accounting monetary and/or other obligations, payment for goods and services on the Internet, as well as the organization of mutual settlements between its users.

2.5 Electronic currency - monetary and/or other obligation between the developer of this currency and user, expressed digitally.

2.6 Payment/transaction - transfer of electronic and/or other currency from the payer to the recipient.

2.7 Client of the payment system - a person who has concluded an agreement with the relevant payment system to acquire property rights of claim against it, measured in conventional units accepted in the relevant payment system.

2.8 Application is an expression of the User's intention to use one of the services offered by EXC24 Service by filling out an electronic form through the website of the Service, under the conditions described in the Agreement and specified in the parameters of this Application.

2.9 Input currency is the electronic currency that the User wishes to sell or exchange.

2.10 Source Account - the number of the Wallet or any other designation of the User's account in the Payment System from which the Input Currency was sent.

2.11 Resulting Currency - the electronic currency that the User receives as a result of The User receives as a result of the sale or exchange of the Input Currency.

2.12 Resulting Account - the number of the Wallet or any other designation of the User's account in the Payment System, to which the Resulting Currency will be sent.

2.13 Currency exchange - exchange of electronic currency of one payment system for electronic currency of another payment system.

2.14 Exchange rate - the value ratio of the two electronic currencies when exchanging them.

2.15 Hacker - a skilled computer attacker, an intruder who specializes in finding and using unauthorized access to computer networks or other computerized equipment to illegally obtain information, gain profit, or cause damage.

3. Subject of Agreement

3.1 The subject of this Agreement is providing the User with EXC24 service for the exchange of electronic currencies.

4. Order of providing services by the Service

4.1 Ordering services of EXC24 Service is made by the User by sending an Application through the website of the Service.

4.2 Managing the process of the transaction or obtaining information about the progress of the transaction by the User is carried out using the corresponding user interface located on the Service Internet site.

4.3 Service EXC24 executes Applications on an irrevocable basis in accordance with in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment systems.

4.4 Service EXC24 is not a party to the agreement between the Payment system and the Client of the Payment system and in no case bears responsibility for the actions of the Payment system and its Client. The rights and obligations of the payment system and its Client are regulated by the terms of service of the relevant Payment systems.

4.5 Service EXC24 does not require certification that the sender and the recipient of funds, participating in the Transaction is one and the same person, EXC24 Service is not a party in relations between the sender and the recipient of funds or electronic currency.

4.6 By using the EXC24 Service, the User confirms that he/she owns and manages the funds and electronic currency involved in respective Payment.

4.7 User agrees to independently calculate and pay all taxes required by Tax laws of the User's location.

4.8 Taking care of the quality of services provided to Users, EXC24 Service undertakes perform all actions, within the framework of the present Agreement, as quickly as possible.

4.9 If for any reason you want to cancel the exchange after payment, in this case the refund is made at the current exchange rate, as well as all costs incurred by the service in the implementation of the return (commission payment system, rate changes, etc.).

5. Service cost

5.1 The cost of services is set by the management of the Service and is published on the website of the Service.

5.2 Service has the right to independently change the exchange rates of electronic currencies and the fees charged at any time unilaterally, without notice to Service Users.

5.3 In the Application, created by the User on the Internet site of the service, the rate and the total amount of funds or electronic currency to be transferred shall be specified.

5.4 Service EXC24 charges its fee at the moment of conducting the corresponding Transaction. The Service Fee is deducted from the amount of the Resulting Currency.

6. E-currency exchange

6.1 By placing an order the User instructs and EXC24 Service on behalf and at the expense of the User exchanges Electronic Currency of one Payment System (Source Currency) for the Electronic Currency of another Payment System (Resulting Currency) selected by the User.

6.2 The User undertakes to transfer the Initial Currency in the amount specified in the Application, and Service exc24.com, after receiving the corresponding Electronic Currency, undertakes transfer the Resulting Currency to the User, calculated at the Exchange rate and in accordance with the rates of in accordance with the rates of the service.

6.3 The Service's obligation to transfer Electronic Currency to the User is considered fulfilled at the moment of debiting the Electronic Currency in the relevant Payment System from the EXC24 Service's account, which is recorded in the transaction history of the relevant Payment System.

6.4 Service EXC24 has the right to cancel the Application created by the User if the funds in the amount of Initial currency are not credited to the account of the Service within 20 minutes.

6.5 Service EXC24 has the right to suspend the transaction and withhold the User's funds in order to prevent fraudulent and other actions that may cause financial and reputational losses for the Service or the User.

6.6 Service EXC24 has the right to set financial and quantitative limits on Transactions. Information about the limits is indicated on the website of the Service.

7. Entry into force of the Agreement

7.1 This Agreement is considered concluded on the terms of a public offer accepted by the User during the submission of the Application.

7.2 Public offer is the information displayed by EXC24 Service about the parameters and conditions of the Application.

7.3 The acceptance of the public offer is the User's actions upon completion of Formation of the Application, confirming his intention to use the services of EXC24 on the terms and conditions described in this Agreement and specified in the Application.

7.4 The date and time of the acceptance, as well as the parameters of the conditions of the Application are fixed by EXC24 automatically at the moment of completion of the application.

7.5 The Agreement comes into force from the moment the User completes the formation of the Application. The User has the right to refuse to perform an operation on the Application prior to payment for the Transaction.

8. Sides Responsibility

8.1 Service EXC24 bears responsibility to the User in the amount not exceeding the amount of money or electronic currency entrusted by the User.

8.2 Service EXC24 is not responsible for failures, errors and malfunctions of software and/or hardware that ensure the operation of EXC24 service, caused by reasons beyond the control of EXC24 Service, as well as related losses of the User.

8.3 Service EXC24 only provides services for exchanging electronic currencies. EXC24 in no way accepts no payments to any third parties, as well as prohibits exchange to wallets/accounts not owned by the user. EXC24 does not enter into any partnerships relationships, does not enter into any contracts with payment recipients for its goods or services, and is categorically against such relationships. exc24.com cannot be used as intermediate service for mutual settlements between a buyer and a seller (a customer and a contractor, etc.).

8.4 Service EXC24 is not responsible for damages of the User resulting from unauthorized actions of third parties.

8.5 The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information he or she provides in filling out the Application. In case the User has not specified or has specified the data incorrectly, the Service exc24.com is not responsible for the User's losses incurred as a result of this error. If correction of the error is possible, EXC24 Service has the right to withhold funds until the complete problem solved.

8.6 The information on the Transaction is stored in the service database and is the primary source which the Parties to the Agreement are guided by in disputable situations.

8.7 The Parties shall be relieved from liability for the full or partial failure to perform their obligations under the Agreement, if such failure was caused by force majeure circumstances arising after the entry into force of the Agreement, as a result of extraordinary events that could not be foreseen and prevented by reasonable measures.

8.8 In other cases of non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under the Agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, taking into account the terms of the Agreement.

9. Miscellaneous provisions

9.1. Service EXC24 has the right to make changes in the Agreements unilaterally by publishing them on the System Website. Changes come into force from the date of publication, unless other date of coming into force of changes is not additionally defined at the time of their publication.

9.2. Service EXC24 has the right to refuse a user to fill out an application without explaining the reasons refusal.

9.3. Service EXC24 has the right in case of suspicious actions during the application process by the user, in order to avoid damages, to suspend such operations until clarification reasons for these actions or to compensate damages.

9.4. Service EXC24 has the right to refuse to perform exchange operations, buying and selling e-currencies if the transfer of the source currency to the service account was made without making an application through the user interfaces on the service's website. The e-currencies transferred to the service's accounts without application through the user interfaces of the service's website can be returned to the user upon request, subject to deduction of the Payment system's commission, if any.

9.5 All disputes and disagreements arising or that may arise from this Agreement shall be settled by negotiations on the basis of the User's written application. Service EXC24 after receiving a complaint from the User is obliged within 15 (fifteen) days to meet the requirements stated in the complaint or send a reasoned refusal to the User. The response should be accompanied by all necessary documents. If a dispute is not resolved by complaint within 60 (sixty) days, either Party shall have the right to go to court at the User's location to settle the dispute.

The User confirms that he is familiar with all the provisions of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
